Holiday season…it’s the happiest time of year! But is it?

A survey conducted in 2015 by Heathline (www.healthline.com) stated 62% of people reported their stress as “very or somewhat” elevated during the holidays while only 10% of people reported no stress. Negotiating the interpersonal dynamics of family was among the top three reasons attributed to holiday stressors.

When we are stressed, it increases our reactivity and the chances of misunderstanding one another. This is when we can step on toes and innocently hurt the people we love the most.

And this is why I am motivated to share with you The Art of REPAIR, which is a 6-step roadmap to navigate conflict in a way that restores connection and deepens trust.
