Cancellation Policy for Virtual Courses 
with Dr. Hazel-Grace Yates

Hazel-Grace promotes their courses in advance and when the programs fill they stop promoting the course. Therefore any requests for transfers or cancellations after that point will result in loss of revenue for Hazel-Grace. They also lose the ability to fill your spot with someone else who might benefit from the course. Because of this, the following cancellation policy has been created.  

The Cancellation Policy:

100% Refunded if you cancel 30 days or more from the first day of the workshop, minus any transaction fees OR 100% credit applied to an event or private coaching of comparable cost

50% Refunded if you cancel 15 days or more from the first day of the workshop,

OR 80% credit applied to an event or private coaching of comparable cost

15% Refunded if you cancel within 5 days of the workshop,

OR 60% credit applied to an event or private coaching of comparable cost

• Please contact Hazel-Grace if you have a family or medical emergency as refunds may be given by a case by case basis. 

• No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early. 

• No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

• This cancellation policy applies to the amount of the full tuition, regardless of whether you pay in full or use a payment plan. 

How to Cancel:

All cancellations must be in writing and delivered via email to hazelgraceyates@gmail.com

Removal From the Course:

If, at any point during a course, Hazel-Grace deems that you pose a significant physical or emotional threat to others OR yourself, they may choose to remove you from the course. If this happens, you are NOT eligible to receive a refund.
